The "Friend of the Day"

Peyton's just returned from school grinning ear to ear and told me that she was the "friend of the day" today. Apparently, she waited ALL December to be called, so it was a relief to hear her name today.




Friend of the day means:

- she gets to do "straws" - count how many days they have been at school since September (68, FTR)
- she got to stand by the teacher while they had snack
- she got to say the prayer
- she was the first to line up when it was time to leave.
